Undeclared Preservatives

Sulfites are added to processed foods to enhance, fix the color and to preserve the product.  Certain individuals have slight to severe sensitivity to sulfites.  Sulfites could be added to food products such as dried fruit, dried/ preserved vegetables, bakery items, and shrimp.
